It is very private but only a few minutes away for all amenities. Only a short walk to the rocky shore perfect for long walks, bonfires, beach combing and for those hearty souls a very brisk swim. We are only 30 minutes away from Yarmouth where the ferry "The Cat" arrives from USA.
